The work was pretty easy as a retail assistant and the products are of a good quality, which made them easier to sell.
Minpunten
Store managers had to do a lot of paper based documenting and admin work that limited how much they could do their main roles of selling. I had about four store managers in the two years I worked as a casual as they felt like they weren't fairly compensated.
