Heavy loads of grocerys 60 % of rich snobby people don't tip Carrying groceries up five flights of stairs (sometimes more than one trip ) Pushing extremely heavy carts up hills Carrying Heavy loads of grocerys down a bunch of "service entrances" with stairs ! Lots of wear on the body Minimum wage They will keep you in the temp agency for a whole year when it was supposed to be 90 days to avoid putting you in the union Disgusting company

What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

Minpunten

No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
