Great product, great service, people leave at 5

Minpunten

Company culture is a mess. Management thinks that it’s the next Snapchat or cool place to work where in reality it’s the most non-tech tech company ever with miles of overused oversight and low morale employees. The same five people make all the decisions and if you aren’t one of them- you might as well look for another job. HR could care less about its people and are out only for the senior team.

What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

Minpunten

No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
