Culture is extremely toxic, even within the HR department. Avoid at all cost. The "Respect at the Workplace" tutorial was given to employees every year but it was just so ironic because the way the company operates is the complete opposite of what the tutorial says. It's a total joke. No room for growth or internal development. They would rather hire someone from outside, wait until they become trained, then have them quit a few months later than to promote internally. Most employees are burned out from waiting for "the move" to happen. If you like putting out fires everyday, having no voice in any decision making, and watching coworkers accusing each other, then this is the place for you.
