-Easy work -As a freezer associate, my pay was okay. -Decent hours. -It's a serious environment. Everyone's working hard. -Easy to advance (ranks) -CEO held monthly meetings to get workers opinions. -Free milk & coffee all day long.

Minpunten

-The social atmosphere in the place was very minimal. -The managers there weren't very helpful and forward. It almost seemed like some of them were just there for the check. -Despite the insane temperature in the freezer, team leads try to limit your warming breaks.

What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

Minpunten

No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
