As an employee you get 20% off the site/app and there is a small physical employee store with 50% off listed price discount (sometimes more) although it is very hit and miss on what products will be available each day. There is a shuttle service because the office is far from the train but it is mismanaged and the executives don't care because they all drive. If you do have a car there is company parking available onsite. Staff who are passionate about sourcing quality items and vendors. Supporting local brands and companies. Highly international workforce. Occasional company events.

Senior management is almost entirely Turkish and keep to themselves which creates a major divide between cultures. The company feels as if it is divided between them and all the other nationalities/backgrounds which is very unfortunate. Not a company with a founder involved but operates with startup energy. Lack of culture and communication, lack of transparency into company goals and strategy. No hybrid work options for most corporate staff. FreshDirect lacks leadership and it shows.
