Poor project planning, everything was last second & extremely urgent, causing MANY late nights of work. Installed a new software system with minimal training and numerous problems. We in NA were not trained on the Frigoglass methods of doing things, from setting up new part numbers, to setting up new models. Very frustrating with the time difference between US & Greece. When you ask a question of someone at the home office, they are very sarcastic in their reply & they never really answer your question.
