Pluspunten
- competitive solution. - interesting market. - some individual are great people to work with.
Minpunten
- never seen such a bad onboarding, knowledge is scattered everywhere and nowhere in the same. - "Everyone is awesome" but actually bad thing are hidden everywhere again: Management are always positive and optimistic until they need to get rid of someone. - I already forgot the claimed pillar of Front but this one "Transparency": it is true until there is something bad happening. New employee arrival is highlighted so much but on another side, employee leave are totally absent from any communication. - Everyone is happy to help each other but actually there are a lot of knowledge gap. It is nearly impossible to know the whole stack (where in other companies I worked for it was the motto). I think it is due to bad decision in picking the internal tool and bad processes. Example: almost no one from the Paris office has enough knowledge on the Tech Stack. Paris totally depends on their SF office. - this is the first company ever I saw where some people seemed "married" to their job while pretending to be "open" and offer some flexibility. My global picture of Front is: "All the glitter is not gold". In short a great company but now paying off some bad decision and bad "habit" coming from the early stage of the company.
