The Regional Team is a joke, lazy, ineffective and rude. No one in this company knows how to do retail, yet they keep opening retail stores. The product is outdated and the quality is poor. Nothing fresh or new here, it’s a store for old rich white people who think they have taste. The management is a bunch of country bumpkin farmers who know nothing about design. Horrible communication. Horrible Action Plans. Horrible Zoom meetings. You are definitely micromanaged, bc people are incapable of doing their own jobs, so they pick on yours.
