You start accruing paid time off from the day you're hired and can earn 2 weeks in your first year, as well as 2 additional weeks of sick time. We also get 9 paid holidays throughout the year. We receive a high rate of pay; they are constantly doing market research to ensure we are paid at a competitive rate for our given roles. For this reason, management expects their employees' output to match this rate of pay. Frontier rewards performance and will not increase your rate of pay due to tenure, only output. We are given open and constructive feedback regularly, and we have sit-down check-ins once a month to make sure our voices are being heard and that we are also being led in the right direction. Frontier is also very charitable. We are given an allotted amount of money each month to donate to a charity of our choice. I've never experienced anything like this, and it really makes me feel good about working for this company. Not only do I get to help customers get amazing labels to help sell their products, but I also get to give back to the community.

If you do not have a growth mindset, you will not enjoy working at Frontier. We are constantly changing and adapting and if you're not open to change, then working here will be hard. There's not always room for individual growth within the company and it can be a long time before a new position is created or becomes available.
