Pluspunten
The residents are the best, the activities director Filipe is AMAZING without him Granvida would not be running. The assisted living side is beautiful. Carlos the director of housekeeping/maintenance etc. is an overall great person who makes all residents and workers laugh. The PM and AM caregivers and medtechs go above and beyond they’re essential duties in order to make resistentes as comfortable as possible. Wage is decent. Building is pretty.
Minpunten
Management does not EVER show appreciation to the workers. Upper management (frontier) is unreachable via phone email you name it. Hard to even find the head of H /R at frontier. Lack of education and experience in management. Unfortunately most of the management Treat the hands-on / working the floor employees (caregivers, housekeeping etc) with unappreciative on and only highlight the negative aspects if applicable to the each employee. They are NO employee performance evaluations given or filed by management at any period -3months-6mo-1year-2 years ... etc. When asked for my evaluation I was told they didn’t do that there......?
