Minpunten
Lifestyle Directors are expected to have a very full calendar, run almost all activities by themselves, as well as drive the bus. Do the calendar and anything else they think of randomly. But don’t go over 40 hours!!! But don’t get everything done and you are in major trouble….. lifestyle directors not treated or respected as a director. Hourly instead of salary. So other directors get paid holiday off. But not you. Good luck getting the petty cash card to get supplies. Then random emails from corporate saying you can’t use Amazon for supplies even though their curriculum shows where to find the supplies on Amazon. (They want you to buy from their price gouging supplier, because they get money back at the end of the year) now you can’t use your personal credit card to buy supplies and get reimbursed, unless it’s training. They send you to out of state training on a whim which you have to cover airline and hotel and everything else. Takes a month or more to get reimbursed for the portions they decide to reimburse. Fromtiwr requires management to use their personal cell phones for many work tasks. Including receiving calls from general public. So hourly employees get calls day and night and are expected to answer and deal with the work issue even though not a salary position. Frontier goes out of their way with their policies and their actions to show employees they do not care about you. All they care about is how big their profit is.
