Minpunten
A huge chunk of layoffs happened with very poor communication and lack of empathy for personal situations from upper management. Lack of prioritisation. Endless reorganisation. They grew too fast and leadership did not adapt to accommodate. They will need a lot of time to recover and learn from this.
