I worked at FPG for around a year and my experience was far from positive. The work environment is extremely toxic and high-pressure, which makes it difficult for employees to perform their best. One of the most concerning aspects is the expectation to attend meetings even during vacation. It’s disheartening to know that work-life balance is not respected here. Employees are constantly under stress, with unrealistic deadlines and little to no support from management. Additionally, the overall morale is low, and there's a lack of appreciation for hard work and dedication. This company does not value its employees, and it shows in the high turnover rate. I would not recommend FPG to anyone looking for a healthy, supportive work environment.
