I came from another Frost region to Austin 4 months ago & I was shocked how the Austin leaders act & treat people. The region I came from had good leadership & HR department & are respected & liked & involved. The Region Leaders in Austin are not respected. HR in Austin avoids conversations & the problems with senior leaders. HR is afraid of the leadership in Austin & employees know it. They need to stop Leadership in Austin from bullying employees. He needs to confront the problems. He knows it’s happening. He doesn’t care.
