Believe the negative reviews! Management: There's no direction and Marketing takes presendence here beyond any other department. They don't like to listen to facts and figures even though the data is there and has been there for years to prove it. Hours: People admit that they have to work extra long hours because it shows "respect for everyone." HUH?? There's been times I've seen people trying to find "work" because there's not enough to do. If you get your work done and not taking advantage of it, then why is there a "set" need to work extra hours if it's not even needed? All departments follow this & frown upon you or eventually fire you if you don't agree. Operating expenses: Off the charts. They can't control expenses nor can they follow a budget. Someone else's review was 100% correct: "Both President and CEO are very unpleasant people to work with, would swear and belittle the staff in front of everyone else, not to mention very manipulative in their words."
