Pluspunten

Cannot think of any. Need honest mgmt team leads on projects. Too many of them make stuff up without knowing the technicalities of the project.

Minpunten

It all depends on who you get as project team lead. Some are real horrible. Make up stuff to mislead client and if you tell them otherwise, they try to cut you off project. Prob that’s why they usually get low end clients who also don’t have much brains in mgmt. to work with.
