its musical chair - people come and go - you go and seek and see everyday there are same openings and people who apply for job in fujitsu should ask. why those positions are not filled and why more keep coming. As a work around outsourcing is started. The reason for people quitting the company is primary the ego issues. Managers are very egoistical they will go to any length to humiliate you and play the politics even if you are an Ace. HR don't really care, they must have printed more escalation about people not wearing formals and putting people on performance improvement plan for now able to come at 9am sharp without questioning the managers why he came late etc. Don't look for resolution in this company if there are HR issues or escalation - just quit, its not going to lead you anywhere, in your final days afer your resign there will be paper work for feedback its just to cover their ass instead of doing actual job they are meant to do. If upper level managers are not aware of this bad practices and bullying either they dont really care or they are not interested in employees since this has been going almost 5 years even before me. In anycase thats fair judgement of how managers treat people. I was not guided or told about this stuff, neither had access to this kind of website so worth telling a truth help someone.
