Hugely poltical Zero growth and career advancement opportunities Management appointed because they are 'mates' of managers and not on basis of ability to deliver the role and to 'make a difference', but they are not moved on, just left in place to make everyone's else's life difficult - we just want someone who will support us and make a difference, not a SAP who wants poluitical growth Finally, an overly complicated delivery model with poor integration - it slows delivery and eats profit
