The culture is great, everyone is very friendly and easy to get a long with. There is always someone to provide guidance and help. Snacks are offered and casual work attire is a plus. WFH flexibility for certain circumstances.

Fully onsite, no hybrid schedule on a consistent basis. No clear growth path structure.

The people at the company are great to work with. The dev team is small so there is also a lot of opportunity to branch across multiple types of development. PTO is also great.

The pay is fine for entry level but will be quickly outpaced. This is a great starting job but promotion opportunities are few and far between and the yearly raise doesn't even account for inflation.
