Poor communication: There’s no clear plan, and you’re often left in the dark about what’s going on. You’ll get little to no feedback, and there’s no clear path for career growth. Toxic culture: The work culture is all about micromanaging and unrealistic expectations. It’s hard to stay motivated in such a negative environment.
