      work from home is the only pro

      Minpunten

      company is hiring non stop especially for the member success role, but lots of people are still contract. they tell you one salary in the interview and it's less once you get there. they only want to suck everyone dry and pay them scraps. the product isn't even good. they use AI to provide the health insights to members... and AI is known for being wrong more than 50% of the time. if you are desperate then it's fine and you can look for other work but don't leave your current job for this. not worth it. once the AI bubble pops I dont see how this company will survive.
