      Pluspunten

      They provide great support and really listen to your needs. The associate director of CPSE cases (although they no longer do CPSE) is awesome at communicating and is always respectful of all employees. You never feel pressured into something you're not comfortable with. If you like freedom and little hassle, this is the company to work for. Communication is great here.

      Minpunten

      Rates are lower than most companies. The boss is not upfront about salary decreases. Wish there was more support between employees/teachers.

      Pluspunten

      Since the company is pretty small, the workers are friendly and help each other. It's in the heart of the city so everything is hearby. The coordinators do follow through and update their progresses but since they have so many cases, its very busy environment.

      Minpunten

      Everything is old - computer, desk, equipment, ways of doing things. their documentation system is like from the the 90's and haven't been updated since. You walk into the inside of the office, files are everywhere, some are super thick and dated but haven't been closed.
