My experience at Futrend Technology was, to put it mildly, an exercise in frustration. If you're contemplating joining this company, I strongly urge you to think twice. Low Pay: One of the most glaring issues at Futrend Technology is the shockingly low compensation. Despite investing considerable time and effort into my work, I consistently felt undervalued and underpaid. Competitive salaries are crucial for retaining top talent, but Futrend appears to neglect this fundamental principle. This, in itself, was a major source of frustration and discontent. Ineffectual Leadership: It's abundantly clear that the ownership at Futrend has no idea what they're doing. They lack a clear vision for the company and persist in making baffling decisions that detrimentally affect both employees and the business as a whole. The result is a revolving door of staff as employees, exasperated by the lack of direction and poor management, constantly come and go. Misguided Confidence: Perhaps the most frustrating aspect is that ownership seems convinced they are steering the ship in the right direction. In reality, their decisions have eroded morale, job stability, and the company's financial well-being. Their unwarranted confidence in their approach has created a toxic work environment where employees' concerns and suggestions are routinely dismissed. Poor Outlook: The overall outlook at Futrend Technology is bleak. The company's financial health and future prospects seem uncertain due to the consistently poor decision-making by the ownership. There's a prevailing sense of insecurity, and many employees are understandably worried about job stability. Terrible Business Decisions: Futrend has a history of making inexplicably bad business decisions that not only hinder the company's growth but also create an unstable and unproductive work environment. Witnessing a company repeatedly make choices that seem to contradict its own success is disheartening. In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Futrend Technology as a favorable place to work. The low pay, ineffectual leadership, the revolving door of staff, misguided confidence in questionable decisions, and chronically bad business choices combine to create an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfying work environment. I chose to leave in pursuit of a company that genuinely values its employees and has a clear path towards success.

I did like my coworkers but they were not enough to keep me around. I wish them all the best as they abandon ship.
