I worked at Future Generali Insurance as an Assistant Manager in the health vertical, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The work-life balance was non-existent, with long hours and unreasonable expectations. The team structure was chaotic and unorganized, making it difficult to achieve any meaningful progress. The lack of motivation among team members was palpable, largely due to the toxic atmosphere perpetuated by the management. The manager was unprofessional, often screaming at employees and showing no regard for corporate etiquette or respectful communication. This created a highly stressful and demoralizing work environment. Overall, the management was poor, with little to no support for employees and a complete disregard for fostering a healthy and productive workplace.
