Management barely helped to teach us only one person really helped us and he seemed to have taught himself how to do the job because the other coworkers were extremely unfriendly and unforgiving of simple errors and tended to make small mistakes by new employees into a huge issue and would hold things against people they werent a fan of. Made work hell for another employee surprised he didnt quit before i left. Pay was also extremely varying and not based on what you can contribute, whoever is looking for new employees should stop penny pinching salaries and actually pay people what theyre worth after they have been working there for a while. Not very welcoming of women in the warehouse aswell for whatever reason which was unexpected.
