1. You can't choose your preferred project by yourself the HR will assign you the project earlier there was option to choose project after evaluating it from tele caller. 2. Daily Target system is poor it couldn't track your productivity with accuracy. a. First they followed call attempts target. 250 per day b. Then followed call attempts+talktime target. 350 perday c. Then followed points target (attempts+talking minutes). 420 d. At present they have introduced a new system in which a telecaller can't verify its authenticity which they named as working time (call ringing time + talktime). Working time Target is - 4 hrs. This is where they have exploited the workforce completely, the ringing time they calculate isn't accurate in short if you spend pure 1 hr 30 minutes continuously then only 1 hour working time will get added if you talk about this then you'll will suppressed and will be told nothing can be done. In earlier times they were very fair with telecaller but day by day started exploiting workforce through increasing targets. They did this only because in earlier targets they were not getting there desired talking minutes which they charge clients for and this was happening because the clients data used to so bad that calls didn't got connected and didn't gave outcome and they crunched rules several times to pressurise telecaller to work like bots and give out talktime and not leave work calls were not connecting. So in the end they ended attempts target so telecalller would solely get depended on talktime and struggle. 3. Team leaders are getting rude to telecallers Day by day they are being rude, unprofessional to the telecaller. Not even caring about any ethics or work culture. They will just burden you up to work blindly. 44.There can be a delay in data upload on some days/minor tech glitches. We term this as downtime. This is usually between 30 Mins - 2 Hours. In such cases, the target will be the same (1.E-4 Hours of working time). Incase if the downtime increases more than the usual expected, the Team Leader will share revised targets for the day which will have to be achieved for the day or the TL might increase the project timings so that we can compensate for the downtime. (Please Note: We back calculate the targets based on the shift hours remaining). Opinion : This is there new unjust policy so first they will ask you to only provide your 9 hours of day to work then if there is any problem in system from their end it's you who will work more than 9 hours which is for 12 hours. 2nd reality: If there is no data (calling number are not available) or system error and calling can't be done and if it happens for 1 hr 50 minutes and you ask for target revision then they will show you the policy that if the problem will occur for 2 hours then only Target will be revised if not then nothing. If anyhow this time exceeds 2 hours then do you know how much target will be revised is 📢📢📢 just 15 minutes will get deducted from 4 hrs working time.😆. If you ask for ethics, equality, moral then nothing will happen and also you will get warnings from Team leader for getting you banned from Futwork and all. 5. If you talk about any injustice policy nobody will listen to you, sometimes they just become invisible on working groups will not reply to your query... nothing will not say a word and then after many people say same thing then will come up with most illogical and excuse. They will warn you to remove on each point of time whenever you talk about fairness, ethics, work culture. If you talk about to superiors they'll not reply to your calls, mails anything if somehow does will never help you, listen to you, just talk about your past performance will show you the day you underperformed, argue with you and will change your discussion objective soon so that you'll not raise your voice again. So end of the day it is the worst plateform to work and only for the person who wants no growth and no hope, no equality just some rupees to survive. I was having more stuff to share but already have written very much at last would say if you have other options give a try on it and if for some reason you enter in this mess don't hesitate to raise your voice despite your point gets turned down everytime.

1- Unnecessary pressurize with workload. 2- Compensation is not justified with job title along with KPIs. 3- Appreciation is not given to deserved. 4- No proper channel to promote hard working employees.
