I can only speak for my own experience but I loved working at Fuze! Great people, great culture. In my experience, people were very professional and hard-working. Great work-life balance by allowing WFH when it made sense. Great that management bought lunch for the whole company every week and beers every Thursday, too.

Minpunten

1/3rd of headcount was laid off in/around Feb 2017, we were told "You're on a rocket-ship!" -- which didn't exactly turn out to be true, and we were told that we were at a "once in a career" company that was going to be HUGE. So it turned out to not be true once a third of the company was RIF'd, including me.

In early 2017, we determined a shift in resource allocation was needed to fund key strategic initiatives that will enable us to continue our 50% annual growth rate. As part of this shift in direction, we had to make some difficult decisions to transition a small percentage of our employees to new opportunities within the company. In some cases, there weren’t appropriate new roles or employees chose to leave Fuze.
