Fonfix is a depressing place to work. The office is not fit for purpose. Working in a room with no windows all day, no communication with other staff. Management bullying staff for not hitting targets which are unachievable. Staff turnover is very high due to low job satisfaction which means that all other staff have to pick up the slack when someone leaves. Sometimes the role isn't even replaced. I took on a role which was advertised with a monthly bonus. This was never provided, every excuse under the sun not to pay it.
