Managers too toxic almost everyday can hear them scolding the staffs.Bonus and performance reward is unfair to junior employees eventhough handle a lot of work.Over time is too hard to claim from managers ,depends on them if they want to give eventhough you really work over time until 8pm.Signing partner tend to cut off whenever we talking to him as if our opinion never matter. Too much workload sometimes managers will expect us to bring work home and will contact us out of working hours

Some seniors are willing to guide without any mockery. Work environment is bearable thanks to supportive colleagues.

Minpunten

The workplace environment is stressful due to frequent yelling from managers over minor issues, lack of constructive feedback and harsh communication that makes employees feel unappreciated and anxious. Mistakes are met with exaggerated reactions and workloads often exceed job scope without adequate support. Sometimes, employees were made to feel incompetent despite consistent past performance. Employees who struggle under the pressure are labeled as “weak” by long-term staffs instead of being supported, with the toxic behavior being dismissed as normal.
