There were no good reasons to work at G4S other than a paycheck.
Minpunten
The uniforms were cheap, the pay was average, but the employee support was horrible. G4S is geared toward hiring people, lots of people. The support for employees is almost non-existent. Have a question about your benefits? There is no HR specialist to talk to you. If you're lucky the receptionist who answers the phone might e-mail you a plan document. Other regional locations around the country may be different but this was my experience in Burlington, MA.
