Management has no idea on where they want the company to be. The organization's internal structure is divided into AoEs; however, you are prevented from and punished from working on your own tickets, having to focus on areas that are not your AoE. Don't expect an honest answer from a performance perspective. Any complaint from a customer is a terminatable offense, with no forewarning. They will not disclose any information on the complaint, on the issue, no corrective action, etc. Customer complains, you're fired.
