All around - This company and position has pushed me outside my comfort zone more times than I can count and for that, I could not be more appreciative. werk op afstand. - voordelen zijn beter geworden na de overname door IQVIA, maar het interne werknemersbeleid is nog steeds 'wij (GCE) willen je niet tenzij je geld voor ons verdient' - gebrek aan overzicht maakt ironisch genoeg de balans tussen werk en privéleven geweldig. Slecht voor klanten die te veel betalen.

Alle recensie boven 3 sterren zijn waarschijnlijke interne werknemers die zichzelf er goed uit willen laten zien. Vergis je niet - GCE is een personeelsbedrijf. Ze zullen je ontslaan zodra je project over is, zelfs als je met succes het project hebt afgerond. Als ze geen klant kunnen vinden (farmabedrijf) om geld uit je te persen zullen ze je onmiddellijk ontslaan. Het is in je beste interesse om zo spoedig mogelijk te vertrekken. Het bedrijf heeft geen transparantie, wat weerspiegeld wordt in alle recensies. Het enige transparante is het feit dat het hoger management dat met niet-werknemers praat volledig uit westerners bestaat. De rest zijn niet-westerners die cultureel met je in conflict zullen komen. Het is bijna alsof ze weten dat Indiase cultuur niet past bij westere werknemers / klanten. Dit komt voor bij veel bedrijven die hun backoffice offshoren naar India, maar het is zo transparant. Ze moeten nog steeds dollars en euro's verdienen van westerse farmabedrijven. De slechte recensies hier zijn echt waar.
