Corporate headquarters provides "care" for their employees with a barista, lunches once a week, cookies for new hires, a genuine desire to get employees to engage with one another

The above 'care' was not evident with leadership, direction, ensuring employee satisfaction. The culture has been one way for 20+ years and they are attempting to change it/improve it. Old guard vs new guard is a recipe for disaster. The rapid hiring of new people in leadership was chaotic at best. Benefits are one of the worst I have seen in the industry
