Pluspunten

I met some interesting people and enjoyed learning about a foreign culture. I also had some sense of freedom for lesson plans and how to conduct my classes.

Minpunten

Teaching kids was difficult. I also didn't like the long hours compounded by the travel commute times. Some managers were pretty difficult, but overall it was all to be expected.

They are flexible with time off and will offer you future opportunities to teach if they liked your teaching and your current contract was short. They are supportive if you have an issue or a problem or need to consultation about a situation in class.

Minpunten

Sometimes their plans change when you arrive at work and you must prepare a totally new lesson in a few minutes (despite your having something planned already). The hire very few teachers full-time (about two) and employ the majority (10ish) part-time only.
