The company makes a focus to hire young, bright minds, so the day to day interactions with peers are great. The office also is trendy, with an in-house barristas and open seating. The compensation for people right out of college is competitive, and there are opportunities to progress fairly quickly. The job does look great on a resume, as people who leave often go on to some really interesting and exciting opportunities.
Minpunten
The hours are long, the metrics are demanding (and often completely nonsensical), and employees quickly hit a ceiling in terms of skills that are developing and knowledge that can be obtained. Turnover rates are very high, and upper management/execs are out of touch with the ultimately very human element that comes with a job such as this one. Managers are young, which is exciting for people not too far removed from college looking for the experience, but many aren't good at being managers as a result and there's no real way to inform upper management of this.
