Pluspunten

- good experience for freshers since you get to communicate with highly reputable and successful experts and C-Level executives, as well as consultants from different parts of the world.

Minpunten

- The work gets monotonous after a while, no learning and development opportunities. If we put it simple: the work is just about online search for suitable experts and making calls. No involvement into research and the topic as such. - Poor HR management, no care for employees. - Cases of inhuman behavior of management and HR.

People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
