*HR is a joke, they don't care about you, even if you have an accident they expect you to take the laptop to the hospital. *They don't provide the complete equipment, just the computer, sometimes not even the charger. *They make you work overtime without pay and if you complain then they tell you it won't happen again: spoiler, it will happen again. *They allow harassment at work and sexual harassment, if you complain nothing happens. Just magically you will have more workload. *They choose leadership and management positions on the basis of time, not qualifications. The longer you have been with the company, the more likely you are to get a management position (unless you are a woman or someone from the diverse community, in which case "a man will take over"). *They will ask for your resignation because according to them in this company there is no process for them to fire someone; that's bs, they just want to avoid severance coverage.
