Nothing. I can’t think of any pros, like none at all. Low compensation, toxic senior management, definitely no work/life balance, and toxic culture and values.

LOW SALARY, TOXIC MANAGEMENT AND SENIORS, (THEY’VE GOT SOME GOD COMPLEXES GOING ON IN THEIR HEAD OR SOME STUFF) NO OVERTHME PAY, NO WORK SCHEDULE MEANING YOU WILL WORK ANYTIME OF THE DAY AND EVERYDAY MAY IT BE A WEEKDAY OR A WEEKEND. NO FREE LUNCH, NO FREE SNACKS, NO FREE ANYTHING.
