Very old style management. No career future and not a happy working environment. Very mean management with the old style yelling and lack of empowerment

- Traditional management team, strong hierarchy structure. Not accepting new trends and ideas. - The HR will not consider or take employees' opinions and feedback into account to improve the working environment. The just follow orders from above and refute staff feedback. The working environment remains toxic. - Inflexible working environment, staff are required to clock in four times a day, pay will be deducted for lateness. - Outdated internal systems and computers, poor medical benefits, and no engagement or training provided.
