The senior management overall are very selfish, putting the interests of the staff at the lowest position; especially the HR is always on the side of the institution, not the people The HR has been very inconsiderate and rude to the staff

- Traditional management team, strong hierarchy structure. Not accepting new trends and ideas. - The HR will not consider or take employees' opinions and feedback into account to improve the working environment. The just follow orders from above and refute staff feedback. The working environment remains toxic. - Inflexible working environment, staff are required to clock in four times a day, pay will be deducted for lateness. - Outdated internal systems and computers, poor medical benefits, and no engagement or training provided.
