They assume the worst, don't seem to have a handle on all areas of the business, no respect for anyone (unless the owner likes you), they lack professionalism (drinking in the office during work hours, swearing, telling people their families don't matter, picking and choosing what employees get what benefits (ie. some get paid maternity leave, while others wouldn't, or some being able to bring their kids to the office while others get written up) ). They do not give you corrective action to fix things (just hold onto it so they can fire you)...The owner has no accountability to these reviews, she assumes it’s a competitor writing it vs an employee trying to warn others not to work there. Also, in case anyone was wondering once a bad review is put up they have managers put a positive review up so the negative reviews don't impact their rating as bad as it would. 90% of the positive reviews were written by people who were given incentives, so to me that isn’t giving future employees a real idea of what the company is like. Don’t expect your good ideas to gain you any recognition, upper management (Dept heads and VIPs) people will take all credit. Also, if upper management does any wrong they will blame someone lower than them and try to cover up their mistakes. If you aren’t related to anyone in upper management, good luck! If you like getting more work put on top of you even though you are already drowning, this is the place for you! If you like being disrespected, this is the place for you! If you like not being trusted, this is the place for you! The first thing Karin (Owner) told me was that I was not worth talking to her. So now you can read my troubles with your company on a public forum where my review won’t be removed. I also know for a fact that I am not the only one who feels this way about your company. There are many unhappy people at GRBS

You are correct that we encourage current team members to review us. Employees who have left are not usually the best standard to evaluate a company to those currently employed, but we do not bonus them to do so. I would encourage other companies to consider the same. I do not know of any person written up for having children in our office, especially to help if a snow day or child is sick so management can keep working. We encourage that family environment here, though of course, not in the field where it would be dangerous. I will look into that. If there are other unhappy team members or managers presently here in our office, please let me know. I pay well in our industry, and care about all of you. If you feel otherwise, I would absolutely encourage a discussion, preferably professionally in person instead of a review. Perhaps this is the best input I can capture from this review. Revolving door, inconsistent and last minute communication asking to change olcations, little to know training on the job, understaffed, more workload than able to finish
