excellent benefits and pay. extremely flexible with time off and ability to work from home when needed. pension plan and 401k are great.

Minpunten

depending on work area, opportunities for advancement are limited. there have been a lot of changes under the new ceo and no one seems to ever be in a really secure position for too long.

re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
