Poucos contratos de relevância, o que dificulta um processo de realocação, eles preferem demitir.

Solid, diverse portfolio of products, robust infra structure.HR serves very well, the benefits are good, the company is very well structured.

Lack of attention to the Microsoft Dynamics AX product. A new operation was established, but were not given the necessary steps to grow the sales, and consequently, there was a decrease in project requirements, and demotivation of staff.
