I’ve been with Galderma since December and have had a very positive experience so far. The company offers meaningful opportunities for growth and development, and I’ve appreciated being able to take on new challenges and expand my scope. My manager has been fantastic, and I’ve felt consistently supported, respected, and able to use my skill set in impactful ways. Everyone I’ve met has been welcoming and professional, creating a strong, collaborative environment.
