Everyone in risk control is professional and friendly. There is a strong emphasis placed on team work and helping eachother out. The compensation package is solid. Consultants at all levels can earn the oppurtunity to lead industry groups and major projects. The consultant role provides a lot of flexibility in schedule.

Minpunten

There is a learning curve for anyone starting their first role as an insurance broker consultant. Building relationships with the producers can be challenging for newcomers.
