Pluspunten
Have you ever searched for something that just doesn’t exist?
I have.
That’s exactly what finding positives here feels like.
Minpunten
There’s absolutely no sense of job security here. The company itself doesn’t seem to have clarity on what it wants or where it’s headed. The constant layoffs create an environment of fear, and the pressure often feels less like motivation and more like mental harassment.
Planning is almost non-existent, and there’s little to no proper documentation or structured processes. Once you join, it quickly starts to feel like you’re stuck in a loop with no direction, and over time it becomes mentally exhausting.
There’s also a serious lack of mentorship and strong leadership. Management doesn’t seem focused on improving workflows or supporting employees. On top of that, there’s very little respect for people’s time, effort, or mental well-being.
It’s quite evident that job security depends more on being in good terms with higher management than on actual performance. For most employees, there’s always an underlying fear that they could be next.
From a skills perspective, the work is highly repetitive, mostly copy-paste tasks with no room for creativity or innovation. Because of this, job satisfaction is absolute zero, and you may even feel your skills deteriorating over time instead of growing.
Every day feels stressful, with the constant anxiety of potential layoffs affecting your ability to focus and perform. Over time, this environment can seriously impact your confidence and professional growth.
If you’re someone planning to join here and already have an offer letter, I have only one thing to say… RUN while you still have the option to.
