You can also schedule your RTO as you see fit, flexible. Career growth just kept balanced, people get promoted They have fully embraced AI so that's a good thing, they don't expect devs to know everything but expect that AI will help them to know what's needed to do the job

Probably the uncertainty in making sure jobs won't be eaten by automation or AI The management team is great but if you're not part of that then you cannot be sure if your job can be automated by AI. The team is collaborative but they won't help you in making sure you meet your goals, so be careful to keep meeting your goals
