It seems that there is a level of micromanagement in our daily tasks that might be hindering our productivity and creativity. I have been eager to grow within the organization, but I am struggling to see clear paths for advancement. I have noticed that salary increments have been less than what I expected and feel they may not be keeping up with the market standards. Some employees, including myself, have expressed concerns about feeling like we are being treated as if we are not valued. This sentiment is affecting morale and productivity. The current work-life balance feels skewed, and it's starting to affect my overall well being. No work life balance The employees are promoted based on seniority and not skills. Not a young crowd.
