Great investment on human capital, for example in terms of training as well as development. Good place to learn. Very good lawyers in general. Very good human resources team and all its support staff in general are great.

Total disregard to the body's need for sleep. No work/life balance. If you appreciate this, stay away. Also, too competitive. Lack of spirit trying to find the best solution for the client. Everyone is worried about their future chances to climb the ladder as fast as possible.
